Connector Terms
Last updated: 20.03.2026
These Connector Terms ("Connector Terms") govern your access to and use of connectors, integrations, APIs, webhooks, embedded components, and third-party service links made available by Corelio.AI, operated by Aeternus Wealth Inc LLC-FZ ("Corelio.AI," "Corelio," "we," "us," or "our").
These Connector Terms supplement our general Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any applicable order form, statement of work, subscription terms, or other service-specific terms (together, the "Corelio Terms"). If there is a conflict between these Connector Terms and a signed order form or statement of work, the signed commercial document will control to the extent of that conflict.
By enabling, connecting, authorizing, installing, using, or relying on any Connector, you agree to these Connector Terms.
1. Scope
1.1. These Connector Terms apply to any feature that allows Corelio.AI or your configured assistants, workflows, dashboards, automations, web widgets, or related services to connect with, read from, write to, send data to, receive data from, trigger actions in, or otherwise interact with any third-party service or system.
1.2. Connectors may include, without limitation:
- CRM and sales tools;
- calendars and scheduling tools;
- telephony, messaging, and communications providers;
- email providers;
- forms, documents, and storage platforms;
- payment, billing, and commerce platforms;
- databases, spreadsheets, and analytics tools;
- webhooks, APIs, and custom integrations;
- internal systems made available by you or your vendors.
1.3. Certain Connectors may be provided directly by Corelio.AI, while others may depend on third-party APIs, SDKs, embedded tools, or external infrastructure.
2. Definitions
"Connector" means any integration, connection, adapter, webhook, API link, sync, embedded script, or other mechanism that connects Corelio.AI services with a third-party service or a system controlled by you.
"Third-Party Service" means any product, platform, software, API, communication provider, calendar provider, CRM, storage system, payment tool, messaging service, analytics provider, or other external service that is not operated by Corelio.AI.
"Customer Data" means any data, content, personal data, metadata, transcripts, call logs, recordings, messages, knowledge base files, credentials, configuration data, or other information submitted to Corelio.AI by or on behalf of you, your users, your customers, or your connected systems.
"Authorized User" means any individual whom you permit to access your Corelio.AI account or workspace, including employees, contractors, agents, and representatives.
3. Eligibility and Authority

- you are legally able to enter into these Connector Terms;
- you have the authority to bind the entity on whose behalf you use the Connector;
- you have the right to connect the relevant Third-Party Service or internal system;
- you have all necessary permissions, licenses, notices, and consents required to authorize the data flows and actions you configure.
3.2. If you enable a Connector on behalf of a company, client, affiliate, or other third party, you represent and warrant that you are duly authorized to do so.
4. Enabling and Using Connectors
4.1. A Connector may require you to:
- authenticate with a Third-Party Service;
- provide API keys, tokens, login credentials, webhook URLs, or other access credentials;
- configure permissions, scopes, triggers, or action settings;

- selecting which Connector to enable;
- determining what permissions or scopes are granted;
- reviewing the data fields and actions involved;
- validating that the configuration is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your use case.
4.4. You acknowledge that Connector behavior depends on your configuration and the availability and behavior of the applicable Third-Party Service. Incorrect setup may cause failed actions, incomplete syncs, duplicate actions, missing records, or unintended outputs.
5. Third-Party Services
5.1. Connectors may depend on Third-Party Services that are not controlled by Corelio.AI.
5.2. Your use of any Third-Party Service remains subject to that provider's own terms, privacy notices, security practices, data retention policies, usage restrictions, technical limits, and pricing.
5.3. Corelio.AI is not responsible for:

- charges, penalties, or disputes arising under third-party contracts.
5.4. If a Third-Party Service suspends, revokes, blocks, restricts, or modifies access, the related Connector may stop working without notice.

7.2. You must not share Connector credentials with unauthorized persons or embed them in insecure public code, client-side scripts, or publicly accessible repositories.
7.3. If you suspect that any Connector credentials have been compromised, you must promptly rotate, revoke, or replace them and notify us without undue delay if the incident may affect Corelio.AI services.
7.4. We may suspend or disable a Connector if we reasonably believe it poses a security, fraud, abuse, privacy, or compliance risk.
8. Data Processing and Privacy
8.1. Connector use may involve the transmission, storage, transformation, synchronization, enrichment, or deletion of Customer Data between Corelio.AI and one or more Third-Party Services.
8.2. Depending on the specific use case, Corelio.AI may act as an independent controller; a processor / service provider acting on your instructions; or a provider of technical tools that facilitate your direct interaction with a Third-Party Service.
8.3. You are responsible for determining whether you are acting as a controller, processor, joint controller, service provider, or equivalent role under applicable law in relation to Customer Data processed through Connectors.
8.4. You must ensure that you have a valid legal basis for all personal-data processing performed through Connectors, including any transfer of data to third parties.
8.5. You must not use a Connector to transmit or expose personal data, special-category data, protected health data, financial data, authentication secrets, or other sensitive information unless such use is expressly supported by the relevant service; you have implemented appropriate safeguards; all required contractual, legal, and regulatory conditions are satisfied.

10.2. We do not guarantee that any Connector will remain available, unchanged, or backward-compatible.
10.3. Connector functionality may vary by subscription tier, geographic availability, technical environment, or third-party limitations.
10.4. We may impose rate limits, fair-use restrictions, action limits, security requirements, verification checks, or technical constraints on Connector usage.
11. Fees and External Charges
11.1. Use of a Connector may consume credits, minutes, usage allocations, or platform quotas under your Corelio.AI plan; or trigger third-party usage charges, telecom charges, messaging charges, storage charges, API charges, or overage fees.
11.2. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, you are solely responsible for all third-party fees and charges associated with your Connector usage.
11.3. Corelio.AI is not responsible for disputes between you and any Third-Party Service regarding pricing, overages, invoices, or service credits.
